Camerata is one of the leading artistic and producing agencies in the Czech Republic which has been operating since year 1992.

Today, we represent a number of internationally recognized artists and emerging young talents who have already managed to survive in many prestigious international music competitions.

Karel Vrtiška was born in Prague in 1990, where he studied at the Ilja Hurník Elementary Arts School under Prof. Tomanová and at the Prague City Music School under Prof. Toman. In 2010 he had successfully completed his Bachelor of Arts studies at the Academy of Music, Drama and Fine Arts with associate professor B. Krajný, and was admitted to a Master of Arts course at the Hochschule für Music in Nuremberg in a class led by Prof. W. Manz.

Born in 1985, bass-baritone Adam Plachetka was educated at the conservatory of his native Prague.
In addition to his many national competition victories he won First Prize at the International Antonín Dvořák Competition in Karlovy Vary, where he was also awarded special prizes for interpretation.

 

Born in Bohumín in 1982. She graduated in 2007 from the Prague Conservatory of Music in the class of Professor Jiřina Přívratská. Presently, she studies operatic singing at the Prague Academy of Art and Music.


 

Richard Samek was born in Třebíč, Czech Republic. He is a graduate of Janáček’s Academy of Arts (JAMU) in Brno, where he studied classical voice in Professor Anna Barová’s studio.

Jana Šrejma Kačírková was born in České Budějovice. She graduated from the Prague Conservatory in 2006.

 

Markéta Cukrová was born in Prague. In her childhood she joined children’s singing choir and attended piano and traverso lessons. After graduating from Charles University in Prague she got professional training at the State Conservatory in Bratislava.
